this year we weren't invited to any halloween party
seems like we don't have any friends and are not welcome anymore anywhere, so tonight i am going to do a small party at home with my daughter and my wife.
Are there actually people out there who celebrate Halloween? I can't see any reason to do such a thing, it's just another very old tradition which got transformed by nowadays society to make more profit and sales. FUKK THEM!
I was almost about to ask if "fuck" is the only English word you know, after reading your most recent posts; if there hadn't been more text in them.
Yes,Halloween today is not what it might have been originally. But I'll tell you the same thing I tell to all these German church or carnival ppl who bitch every year in fear for their traditions: Let a big fancy-dress ball be a big fancy-dress ball and that's it.
And the "profit and sales" thing: I also think it's bad if the knowledge about the real backgrounds of holidays is ignored because of that. But Halloween is not the only such case.
